Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Family & Woolberry Marketing Hub is a private business integration for authorized administrators of Family Shopolf and Woolberry. This policy describes data used when our application connects to Google services (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Merchant Center) and Meta services (Facebook and Instagram).
Information we access
Only after an administrator authorizes the applicable service, the app may access account identifiers, business and Page details, campaign configuration and advertising statistics, website analytics (including traffic and conversion events), search performance, product listing and diagnostic data, and Instagram profiles, media and engagement metrics, according to the granted permissions. The app processes OAuth access and refresh tokens to maintain authorized connections.
How we use information
We use the information to authenticate administrators, report and analyze marketing performance, maintain product and advertising integrations, perform user-requested authorized account actions, investigate errors and secure the integration. Google data is used only for these functions, not to create advertising profiles of unrelated users.
Google API Services data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable. We do not sell Google user data or use it for third-party advertising. We do not permit personnel to read Google user data except when needed to operate the service with the user's authorization, for security investigations, to comply with law, or as otherwise permitted under the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Sharing and service providers
Information is exchanged with the Google and Meta services the administrator chooses to connect. Hosting, database and infrastructure providers may process information solely to operate this private integration. We do not sell personal information.
Storage, security and retention
Connection credentials are stored using access restrictions and encryption where implemented. The service may retain configuration, encrypted authentication records and limited operational logs for as long as reasonably necessary for its authorized operation and security, subject to applicable law. Revoking a platform authorization stops future access through that authorization but does not automatically erase previously stored data.
Your choices and deletion
Administrators may disconnect Google access through Google Account third-party connections and may revoke Facebook or Instagram business integration access through Meta settings. To request access, correction or deletion of app-held information, see Data Deletion Instructions or contact the email below.
